A member of nursing fraternity with more than 22 years of experience in the field of nursing. More than 17 years of experience as nurse educator for under graduate students and 3 years for post graduate nursing students. Pursued Master degree from Government Nursing College, Kottyam under MG University. Currently holding the position of Principal and head of the department of Psychiatric nursing. Participated in various national, international and state level workshops, seminars, webinars etc. Guided under graduate, post graduate students in various research projects and activities. Currently doing Ph.D under KUHS. My Professional aim is to secure a challenging position in nursing where I can work effectively and efficiently to contribute and enhance my professional knowledge, skill, and leadership qualities for all round development of nursing students globally by motivating and developing a harmonious positive relationship.
